1. Setup and recurring monthly service

The $199 one-time setup fee is charged when you purchase the website after seeing and approving the free preview.

The $30/month subscription for hosting, maintenance, updates, and support begins when the completed website goes live, not while it is being built.

The $30/month plan includes hosting, security/SSL and normal technical maintenance, reasonable support, and up to 3 minor content-update requests per month.

Minor updates include changing text, replacing images, changing hours, phone/email/address changes, simple pricing or service updates, and small edits to existing sections.

The monthly plan does not automatically include full redesigns, new complex pages, ecommerce builds, custom software, CRM development, advanced third-party integrations, or major new features.

Unused monthly update requests do not roll over.

Review required

Updates and support scope

The included service and monthly update limit are confirmed. Define support channels/hours, request handling and any backup service arrangements; no unlimited support or uptime guarantee is promised.

Review required

Third-party products and costs

Identify domain/renewal, licences, integrations and other external services, who pays, and which vendor terms apply.

2. First payment and monthly renewals

Billing renews automatically each month on the same recurring billing date. No long-term contract.

Before a live purchase, the actual setup total and tax treatment must be shown; before recurring charges start, the customer must receive the actual go-live billing date and renewal schedule. No payment is accepted by the current review screen.

Review required

First charges and monthly start date

Setup at purchase and monthly billing from go-live are confirmed. Define the billing timezone and how the recurring date is handled in shorter months; show the actual first monthly date before recurring charges begin.

Review required

Taxes and invoicing

Decide applicable taxes, whether advertised prices include them, invoice details, and the method of calculating the total before payment.

Review required

Checkout evidence and cancellation implementation

Before payments, implement server-side verification, the exact price/schedule/tax summary, immutable policy versions and affirmative-consent records, order confirmation, and a tested cancellation mechanism.

3. Cancel the monthly service

You may cancel the monthly service at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid billing period remains active until its end.

There are no prorated refunds for unused days in an already-paid monthly period.

To cancel, email ehtesham@clientvero.com using the cancellation link below. Include your business or website and the email associated with the service so the request can be matched.

The link opens an email draft; send it to submit your request. Opening the draft does not cancel a service or stop a charge. This is an email request path, not an automated cancellation tool.

Review required

Cancellation operations

Confirm the monitored email handler, account verification, acknowledgement and renewal-stop operations, including requests arriving near renewal. Do not add a notice period that contradicts cancellation stopping the next renewal. Assess any required online self-service mechanism.

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before sending information. Confirmed operating policies and remaining review items are identified there.

4. Hosting and transfers after cancellation

If Clientvero hosts your website, hosting ends at the end of the final paid billing period unless a transfer/export arrangement is completed.

If you cancel and request a transfer, Clientvero may provide or export the customer-specific website files where technically practical, provided your account has no unpaid balance.

Proprietary Clientvero backend systems, automation, admin tools, and reusable components are not transferred.

Domains should preferably be registered in your own name and account. If Clientvero assists with registration or DNS, you remain the intended owner of the domain.

Review required

End-of-service handling

End-of-period hosting shutdown and conditional export are confirmed. Define practical export formats, transfer coordination and handover steps without promising proprietary-system transfer.

5. Refunds and billing exceptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or another refund specifically approved by Clientvero.

The Refund Policy also describes setup-fee eligibility before substantive production and when Clientvero cannot or will not complete a purchased website.

Review required

Refund handling

Eligibility and exceptions are confirmed. Define request handling, payment method, communications and provider processing. Do not invent a request deadline or turnaround guarantee.

6. Remaining billing and publication details

Future price-change handling, failed-payment retries and suspension rules have not been selected. No late fee, grace period or price-protection promise is established here.

Review required

Future price changes

Decide how existing customers are treated, notification and consent requirements, and when revised rates could take effect.

Review required

Failed payments and suspension

Decide retry notices, any permitted charges, suspension and restoration process; no late fee or suspension rule is approved.

Review required

Publication details and future legal review

Version 1 operating policies are confirmed by the business. Set the public effective date, complete the remaining factual decisions, and review jurisdiction-specific wording. Professional legal review may lead to later versioned updates; do not treat already-confirmed operating rules as undecided.

Also read the Refund Policy. Review the checkout disclosures.
