1. About the service

Clientvero offers professional websites for local service businesses. The legal operator and location-specific details below remain to be completed.

2. Free preview and initial website build

The free preview is a custom mobile website concept created before payment, not the final production website. Requesting or viewing a preview does not start a subscription.

The $199 one-time setup fee is charged when you purchase the website after seeing and approving the free preview.

After purchase, the initial build includes up to 2 reasonable revision rounds.

Major changes that substantially alter the approved direction, additional pages, custom applications, advanced integrations, ecommerce, or other expanded scope may require a separate quote.

3. Monthly hosting, maintenance and support

The $30/month subscription for hosting, maintenance, updates, and support begins when the completed website goes live, not while it is being built.

The $30/month plan includes hosting, security/SSL and normal technical maintenance, reasonable support, and up to 3 minor content-update requests per month.

Minor updates include changing text, replacing images, changing hours, phone/email/address changes, simple pricing or service updates, and small edits to existing sections.

The monthly plan does not automatically include full redesigns, new complex pages, ecommerce builds, custom software, CRM development, advanced third-party integrations, or major new features.

Unused monthly update requests do not roll over.

4. Payment and recurring billing

Billing renews automatically each month on the same recurring billing date. No long-term contract.

Before payment, checkout must disclose the setup fee, monthly amount, billing start, cancellation and refund terms, with separate affirmative agreement to the Terms and recurring billing.

The current checkout is a local review screen. It does not collect payment details, store agreement selections, create an order or start a subscription.

5. Website, content and domain rights

You retain ownership of your own logos, trademarks, photos, business information, and other content you provide.

Clientvero retains ownership of reusable frameworks, templates, internal tooling, automation, libraries, workflows, and components used across multiple clients.

After the $199 setup fee is paid in full, you receive the right to use the completed website created specifically for your business.

If you cancel and request a transfer, Clientvero may provide or export the customer-specific website files where technically practical, provided your account has no unpaid balance.

Proprietary Clientvero backend systems, automation, admin tools, and reusable components are not transferred.

Domains should preferably be registered in your own name and account. If Clientvero assists with registration or DNS, you remain the intended owner of the domain.

6. Customer responsibilities and performance

You must provide accurate business information and have permission to use any logos, images, trademarks, testimonials, or other materials you provide.

Clientvero is not responsible for claims arising from customer-supplied content that infringes another party’s rights.

You are responsible for reviewing final business information for accuracy.

Clientvero does not promise specific Google rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or conversion results. SEO work may improve technical and search visibility, but rankings and business results are not guaranteed.

7. Cancellation, refunds and end of service

You may cancel the monthly service at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid billing period remains active until its end.

There are no prorated refunds for unused days in an already-paid monthly period.

If Clientvero hosts your website, hosting ends at the end of the final paid billing period unless a transfer/export arrangement is completed.

The $199 setup fee is fully refundable before substantive custom website work begins.

Once Clientvero begins substantive custom production after purchase, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

If Clientvero is unable or unwilling to complete the purchased website, the applicable setup payment will be refunded.

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or another refund specifically approved by Clientvero.

8. Remaining legal and publication details

These operating policies do not attempt to exclude rights that applicable law requires. No additional liability cap, indemnity, arbitration clause, class-action waiver or governing-law clause has been selected.

The confirmed business rules can be updated in a later version following business decisions or professional legal review. Unresolved items below are draft review notes, not additional agreed terms.
